I hereby agree to serve only the customers of Courrier Diakité Inc., and cannot either personally or through an agent, by letter, circular, advertisement, or in any other way whatsoever, or for my own interest or that of a third person or company; solicit or conduct business of a similar nature to that of the company with its customers for the entire duration of the contracts between Courrier Diakité Inc. and its customers. I also understand that after ceasing to work for Courrier Diakité Inc., I must under no circumstances solicit clients of Courrier Diakité Inc. for a period of one year.

I hereby authorize Courrier Diakité Inc. to take and obtain information and references relating to my previous jobs, as well as my background. That is to say, in connection with a conviction or a criminal offense as well as any misconduct giving rise to reasonable fear that it constitutes a potential risk to the physical or moral safety of the persons with whom I will work.

I release Courrier Diakité Inc., my former employers, from any liability that may arise from these requests for information.

Confidentiality is a fundamental value for Courrier Diakité Inc. It is strictly forbidden for any employee, subcontractor or company doing business with Courrier Diakité Inc.:

• To access the administrative documents of Courrier Diakité Inc. or its customers without obtaining legal authorization.
• To access the administrative files of the company outside the office without the consent of the head of the general management of Courrier Diakité Inc.
• To disclose to anyone whatever the content of documents or computer systems to which they have access.
• To transfer company data from the office to a computer for personal use or for the continuity of an unfinished business.
• To communicate information about the company to anyone without authorization from their employer.

I am aware that in the event of non-compliance with these obligations, Courrier Diakité Inc. will take the necessary measures (dismissal and / or legal proceedings) against any employee, subcontractor or company. The employee is responsible for his route. He must respect the pick-up and delivery deadlines for mailings from Courrier Diakité Inc. customers. Under no circumstances must he pick up and deliver from another company during his working hours at Courrier Diakité Inc. If applicable , the company will terminate my employment.
